SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Average pocessing time is 10 days.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

We make our best to ship to any country woldwide. If you have any doubt with availability for your country or with the announced shipping cost, please contact us before placing your order at .

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AB Sticks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will make our best to try and find a solution to any problem you may encoutner with your order. Please understand that return is a last resort solutionand you will be responsible for returning shipping cost.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For acrylic kits, protecting wraps on each side must not have been removed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and do not hesitate to refuse it to the shipping company if you notice any anomaly. This will make any refund process way, way easier for both you and us.

Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For acrylic kits, protecting wraps on each side must not have been removed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
